Special Events

Over the years, we have coordinated events of every size, from grand opening parties to virtual fundraisers.

No matter how large or small the event, our detail-oriented team will plan, implement, and publicize all events through all media relations and social media channels.

How do we do it?

  • Let us do the heavy lifting with all aspects of event planning:

    • Research and develop targeted guest lists (VIPs, media)

    • Coordinate invitations, time slots and RSVPs for all events

    • Hire photographers recommended by MLA

    • Provide recommendations for entertainment or vendors

    • Research and recommend local charity partners

  • cooking classes, product demonstrations, fundraisers

  • lunch and learns, conferences and conventions, etc.

  • MLA will follow up with media who attend or participate in events.
